We are the Russian company "ProfEnzyme" LLC, the developer of enzyme complexes "RusEnzyme" (based on enzymes from the leading world manufacturers and flour). Our company has been concerned about the following questions for a long time: - How can we help bakery enterprises to make their products more natural, tastier and more attractive to customers? - How to reduce the factors that negatively affect the quality of bakery products? We have been working on these questions since 2015 and finally found the answer: Technological aids, enzyme complexes "RusEnzyme" This is a guaranteed result of reducing the cost and improving the quality of finished products, depending on the individual and technological needs of bakeries. Our production is located in Ryazan and meets all modern requirements for food safety. A separate production department with a modern automated mixing complex allows sustainable mixing of ingredients, ensuring the consistent quality of our products.
