First floor, 2-B230d
KASPAR SCHULZ, the oldest brewing machinery manufacturer in the world, has been providing best customer service in more than 67 countries since 1677 and produces everything the brewer's heart desires, from fully automated brewing systems to fermenting and storage tanks to malting systems. Around 200 employees produce complete brewing systems in Bamberg, Germany, with a capacity of up to 400 000 hl/a. Furthermore, the SCHULZ filtration system is establishing itself in the brewery sector with up to 60 hl/h, as well as X-Loop Boiling, with a supply tank as energy storage and open fermentation vats with a circumferential overflow channel for automatic cleaning without atomization. A new cooling concept that pre-cools brewing water ensures a more efficient energy consumption. In the Austrian city of Vöcklamarkt, special container and malting plants are manufactured at our subsidiary company, Hinke. Currently up to 25 tons of barley per drum can be processed to individualized malt. The intelligent installation consists of an external steeping vessel and a germination-kilning combo drum with connected aeration technology. By using the most advanced technologies, SCHULZ offers an automatic and flexible malting system that can produce a variety of replicable high-quality malts and malt products. In addition research and development have brought forward new distilling equipment: SCHULZ Brewers’ Still. Specially designed for breweries and the pot still process, the Brewers’ Still utilizes pot sizes of 250 to 1,000 liters. Clad in solid oak, the interior stainless steel frame merges seamlessly into the perfectly shaped copper hood, which flows over a classic Lyne Arm for pot stills and ends in the copper condenser. The core competence called upon for brewing, malting and distilling reaches its finest form yet with this system. With our slogan "Engineered to enjoy since 1677" SCHULZ guarantees the best results within the entire value chain, from the grain to the glass - all from a single source.
