The International Industrial Academy has 53 years of experience in the field of additional vocational education. In total, more than 265 thousand managers and specialists from most sectors of the food and processing industry in Russia and 63 countries around the world underwent professional retraining and improved their qualifications at the academy. Every year, the academy trains more than 7 thousand executives, top managers and specialists of almost all categories, including chief engineers and power engineers, technologists and heads of production and technological laboratories, economists, accountants, marketers, heads of personnel departments, etc. More than 25% of the academy's activities are educational programs in the field of baking and confectionery production, the training period for which is: ˗ from 16 to 100 hours – advanced training; ˗ from 250 to 540 hours – professional retraining; ˗ from 3 years – postgraduate study in a technological scientific direction. The International Industrial Academy holds international forums and conferences, symposiums and seminars on current issues in the agro-industrial complex, organizes seminars and presentations of domestic and foreign firms and companies, as well as visiting seminars at international exhibitions, leading firms and enterprises. The International Industrial Academy is a modern training and production complex in the center of Moscow with a conference hall, business center and classrooms equipped with all the necessary technical means. IPA students live in academy hotels.
