Как передать корейскую культуру через современный интерьер?
В ресторане «Кореана» освещение должно было поддержать концепцию Vólki Studio, раскрыть архитектурный ритм пространства и создать камерную атмосферу.
Мы разработали светотехническую часть проекта:
Направленное освещение проявляет фактуру дерева, ритм потолочных конструкций и озеленение, добавляя интерьеру глубину.
Светодиодные линии поддерживают геометрию пространства, а цветной акцент над баром становится заметным визуальным ориентиром.
Отдельно проработали освещение проходов.
Накладные светильники в транзитной зоне задиммировали до 50%: маршруты остаются хорошо различимыми, но по яркости не спорят со столиками и не разрушают спокойную атмосферу зала.
Светотехнический расчёт помог проверить распределение освещения на рабочих поверхностях и сохранить баланс между функциональностью и камерностью.
Сотрудникам хватает освещения для работы, а гости чувствуют себя комфортно даже при невысокой общей яркости.
В результате освещение объединило традиционные мотивы и современную подачу, подчеркнуло материалы и архитектурный ритм интерьера.
Пространство получилось спокойным, глубоким и уютным — подходящим для неспешного знакомства с корейской кухней.

How can Korean cultural identity be translated into a contemporary interior?
At Koreana restaurant, the lighting scheme was developed to reinforce Vólki Studio’s interior concept, reveal the architectural rhythm of the space, and establish a calm, intimate dining atmosphere.
BRIGHT BURO’s scope included illuminance calculations for dining tables, staff work areas, and circulation routes, followed by the development of the luminaire layout, specification, and procurement of architectural and decorative lighting equipment.
The layered lighting scheme combines recessed downlights, surface-mounted adjustable spotlights, magnetic track systems fitted with linear and spotlight modules, integrated LED profiles, and decorative pendants.
Warm pools of light define each table, creating a sense of intimacy and placing the guests at the centre of the composition. Directional accent lighting grazes the timber surfaces, ceiling structures, and planting, revealing their texture and establishing depth and visual hierarchy throughout the interior.
Integrated linear lighting reinforces the geometry of the space, while a coloured accent above the bar creates a distinctive focal point and supports intuitive orientation within the restaurant.
Circulation lighting was calibrated separately from the dining areas. Surface-mounted luminaires along the main routes were dimmed to 50%, providing sufficient visibility for comfortable movement while maintaining a lower background brightness. This balance prevents the ambient layer from competing with the tables and preserves the intimate character of the dining environment.
Illuminance studies were used to coordinate light levels across task, dining, and circulation areas. The resulting scheme supports the operational requirements of the restaurant while allowing guests to remain comfortable within a deliberately low-lit atmosphere.
The completed lighting design brings together traditional cultural references and contemporary expression. It enhances the material palette, articulates the architectural rhythm, and creates a cohesive, layered environment for experiencing Korean cuisine.
