Комплекс апартаментов Carré Blanc построен на Пречистенской набережной, в непосредственной близости от Храма Христа Спасителя. Концепция фасадного освещения Carré Blanc призвана осветить уникальные архитектурные решения комплекса в вечернее время суток, подчеркивая его исключительность.
Проектом предусмотрено освещение каменных орнаментов межоконных фасадных простенков и потолка входной группы, с дополнением акцентного освещения каменных пилонов зоны входа с грунта.
Все фасадные светильники интегрированы и скрыты от наблюдателей: светильники освещения каменных орнаментов межоконных фасадных простенков интегрированы в каменные отливы, установлены заподлицо с камнем; светильники освещения каменных орнаментов потолка входной группы скрыты в нише за потолком. Сложной особенностью в реализации концепции является наличие освещаемых радиусных участков на фасаде, на которых также была предусмотрена интеграция светильников в каменные отливы.
Для обеспечения комфорта жителей все светильники как на прямых участках фасада, так и на радиусных, включают в свою конструкцию светодиодную оптику, что позволило необходимым образом осветить каменные орнаменты и исключить засветы в окна апартаментов. Все светильники диммируемые и управляются по протоколу DALI.

The Carré Blanc facade lighting concept is designed to highlight the unique architectural solutions of the complex in the evening, emphasizing its exclusivity.
The project provides for the illumination of the stone ornaments of the inter-window facade walls and the ceiling of the entrance group, with the addition of accent lighting of the stone pylons of the entrance area from the ground.
All the facade lamps are integrated and hidden from observers: the lighting fixtures of the stone ornaments of the inter-window facade walls are integrated into the stone tides, installed flush with the stone; the lighting fixtures of the stone ornaments of the entrance group ceiling are hidden in a niche behind the ceiling. A difficult feature in the implementation of the concept is the presence of illuminated radius sections on the facade, which also provided for the integration of lamps into stone tides.
To ensure the comfort of residents, all lamps, both on the straight sections of the facade and on the radius ones, include LED optics in their design, which made it possible to illuminate the stone ornaments in the necessary way and eliminate glare in the windows of the apartments. All lights are dimmable and controlled using the DALI protocol.

Комплекс апартаментов Carré Blanc построен на Пречистенской набережной, в непосредственной близости от Храма Христа Спасителя. Общая площадь комплекса 16 160 кв. м. Авторы проекта архитектурное бюро СПИЧ, стремились создать объект, который был бы органично вписан в историческую ткань города, отвечая ей современными, но подчеркнуто спокойными и сомасштабными архитектурными решениями. Стиль этого комплекса – продуманная до мельчайших деталей архитектура, способная красиво, с достоинством стареть. Выполненный из натурального камня с оригинальным рисунком Carré Blanc тонко и деликатно вписан в свое легендарное окружение. Историческая преемственность в буквальном смысле отражена на фасаде дома: прототипом узора стал орнамент Георгиевского собора начала XIII века в Юрьеве-Польском.
Использование в отделке фасадов здания натурального камня гарантирует его долговечность, а их плавные очертания подчеркивают ощущение благородной и правдивой материальности, в современной городской архитектуре встречающейся все реже. За счет проработки даже самых мелких деталей здания и включения в оформление поверхностей фасадов различных орнаментов, комплекс одинаково интересно воспринимается как издалека, так и на расстоянии вытянутой руки. Специально для данного проекта совместно со специалистами Государственного института искусствознания был разработан орнамент, стилизованный под росписи храмов и царских палат XVI-XVII веков.
Отличительной чертой фасадов Carré Blanc является сложный резной орнамент, образно и тематически отсылающий к шедеврам древнерусской белокаменной архитектуры. Сама тематика была выбрана архитекторами как дань уважения расположению комплекса в одном из самых старинных районов Москвы (прямо напротив Храма Христа Спасителя). А сделать воплощенные на фасадах узоры максимально достоверными помог доктор искусствоведения Мария Орлова.
Все орнаменты сначала отрисовывались вручную, затем распечатывались на бумаге в масштабе 1:1 и дорабатывались с консультантом. Для того, чтобы определить оптимальную глубину резьбы по камню, были сделаны макеты отдельных фасадных панелей в натуральную величину и лишь после этого подготовлены рабочие чертежи для отправки на карьер в Португалию.
Орнаменты на фасадах Carré Blanc различаются как по тематике, так и по детальности проработки. На уровне нижних этажей (начиная со второго) паттерн максимально насыщен деталями, в том числе мелкими, которые очень интересно рассматривать вблизи. На верхних уровнях он, наоборот, укрупнен, для того чтобы лучше восприниматься с расстояния. А для того, чтобы сделать переход от резных каменных элементов к гладким, был применен прием плавного уменьшения глубины орнамента – благодаря этому возникает иллюзия, что паттерн в прямом смысле растворяется в камне.
Выдержанный и лаконичный облик клубного дома Carré Blanc искусно сочетает в себе архитектурную принадлежность к легендарному историческому кварталу с собственной художественной исключительностью.

Project Description:
The Carré Blanc apartment complex is located on Prechistenskaya Embankment, in the immediate vicinity of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. The total area of the complex is 16,160 sq. m. The authors of the project, the architectural bureau MATCH, sought to create an object that would be organically integrated into the historical fabric of the city, responding to it with modern, but emphasized calm and large-scale architectural solutions. The style of this complex is an architecture thought out to the smallest detail, capable of aging beautifully and with dignity. Made of natural stone with an original Carré Blanc pattern, it is subtly and delicately inscribed into its legendary surroundings. The historical continuity is literally reflected on the facade of the house: the prototype of the pattern was the ornament of St. George's Cathedral at the beginning of the 13th century in Yuriev-Polsky.
The use of natural stone in the decoration of the building's facades guarantees its durability, and their smooth outlines emphasize the feeling of noble and true materiality, which is increasingly rare in modern urban architecture. Due to the elaboration of even the smallest details of the building and the inclusion of various ornaments in the design of the facade surfaces, the complex is equally interesting both from afar and at arm's length. Especially for this project, together with specialists from the State Institute of Art Studies, an ornament was developed, stylized as paintings of temples and royal chambers of the XVI-XVII centuries.
A distinctive feature of the facades of Carré Blanc is a complex carved ornament, figuratively and thematically referring to the masterpieces of ancient Russian white stone architecture. The theme itself was chosen by the architects as a tribute to the location of the complex in one of the oldest districts of Moscow (directly opposite the Cathedral of Christ the Savior). And Maria Orlova, a doctor of art history, helped to make the patterns embodied on the facades as authentic as possible..
All the ornaments were first drawn by hand, then printed on paper at a scale of 1:1 and finalized with a consultant. In order to determine the optimal depth of stone carving, life-size mock-ups of individual facade panels were made, and only after that working drawings were prepared for shipment to a quarry in Portugal.
The ornaments on the facades of Carré Blanc vary both in subject matter and in detail. At the level of the lower floors (starting from the second), the pattern is maximally saturated with details, including small ones, which are very interesting to look at up close. On the upper levels, on the contrary, it is enlarged in order to be better perceived from a distance. And in order to make the transition from carved stone elements to smooth ones, a technique was used to smoothly reduce the depth of the ornament – this creates the illusion that the pattern literally dissolves into the stone.
The restrained and concise appearance of the Carré Blanc clubhouse artfully combines the architectural belonging to the legendary historical quarter with its own artistic exclusivity.
