Shadows of the past - это коллекция посвящена культурному наследию, так как все металлические элементы повторяют силуэты античных амфор. А также изучению возможностей света и тени. Для выполнения этих задач бы за основу была форма традиционной греческой керамики, из которых были созданы элементы из проволоки. Для того, чтобы придать форме более современный и оригинальный вид, половина элементов была выполнена наоборот. Это прием дал форме ассиметричный и более радикальный дизайн. Важной частью проектирования предмета стала работа с светом и тенями. Благодаря расположению источника света посередине, элементы из проволоки создают вокруг себя игру теней. В конструкции светильника применялись принципы лаконичного дизайна. Поэтому все крепления проводов и других металлических элементов были выполнены скрытыми конструкциями креплений. Например, чтобы избавится от визуального шума в потолочной чашке, были применены магниты. Таким образов на ней отсутствуют болты по бокам и держатель провода, они все скрыты внутри нее.

Shadows of the past is a collection dedicated to cultural heritage, as all metal elements repeat the silhouettes of antique amphoras, and studying the possibilities of light and shadow. In order to accomplish these tasks, a form of traditional Greek ceramics was taken as the basis, from which wire elements were created. In order to give the form a more modern and original look, half of the elements were made the other way around. This technique gave the form an asymmetrical and more radical design. An important part of the design of the subject was the work with light and shadows. Due to the location of the light source in the middle, wire elements create a play of shadows around themselves. In the design of the lamp, the principles of laconic design were applied. Therefore, all fastenings of wires and other metal elements were made with hidden fastening structures. For example, magnets have been used to get rid of visual noise in the ceiling cup. In this way, there are no bolts on the sides and a wire holder on it, they are all hidden inside it.

The premiere of the lamp (physical prototype) will take place at INTERLIGHT RUSSIA 2024
