Здание апарт-отеля органично и деликатно размещено в историческом контексте окружающей среды XIX – начала XX веков в Центральном районе Санкт-Петербурга. Разработку архитектурной концепции проекта YE’S на Социалистической осуществило уважаемое архитектурное бюро «Земцов, Кондиайн и Партнеры» в соавторстве с японской компанией NikkenSekkei. Застройщиком проекта выступила Группа компаний «Пионер».

Компания CTS lighting expert разработала всю светотехническую часть и выполнила рабочую документацию архитектурно-художественной подсветки фасада здания. Нашей компанией была осуществлена поставка и монтаж осветительного оборудования.

В реализации проекта подсветки применено оборудование производителей Vitrulux (Россия) и Ares (Италия). Архитектурные элементы освещены такими приборами, как VITRUBOX-A, VITRUWALL-SQ, FOCUS-PO, а центральный портал с динамическим освещением LSS-A (все производства Vitrulux). Светотехника Ares (Италия) дополнила осветительную установку моделями SPOCK и MIDNA LED.

YE'S Apart-Hotel

The building of the apart-hotel is organically and delicately placed in the historical context of the environment of the XIX – early XX centuries in the Central district of St. Petersburg. The development of the architectural concept of the YE'S project on Socialist was carried out by the respected architectural bureau "Zemtsov, Kondiain and Partners" in collaboration with the Japanese company NikkenSekkei. The developer of the project was the Pioneer Group of Companies.

The company CTS lighting expert has developed the entire lighting part and completed the working documentation of architectural and artistic illumination of the facade of the building. Our company has carried out the supply and installation of lighting equipment.

In the implementation of the illumination project, equipment from manufacturers Vitrulux (Russia) and Ares (Italy) was used. Architectural elements are illuminated by such devices as VITRUBOX-A, VITRUWALL-SQ, FOCUS-PO, and the central portal with dynamic lighting is LSS-A (all manufactured by Vitrulux). Ares lighting engineering (Italy) has supplemented the lighting system with SPOCK and MIDNA LED models.
