Главная архитектурная особенность здания — «рифленый» край железобетонной плиты каждого этажа, который создает динамичный эффект граненого фасада.
Основная концепция архитектурного освещения ТЦ Грани делает акцент на сложную конструкцию фасадов здания, выделяя грани оконных проемов при помощи использования контурных светильников.
Данное решение формирует мягкий отражённый свет на противоположных широких плоскостях оконных рам. При смене точки обзора общее визуальное восприятие меняется, и мы видим многогранность архитектуры, подчёркнутую чёткими линиями прямого света.
За счёт применения различных цветовых оттенков позволяет формировать многообразные геометрические формы. Главный вход на станцию метро “Площадь Маркса” и пешеходный проход со стороны ул. Покрышкина акцентно поддерживает основную концепцию архитектурной подсветки фасадов ТЦ Грани.
Контурные светильники оснащены управлением по протоколу DMX, позволяя воспроизводить многочисленные сценарии. Для повседневного режима мягкие оттенки белого цвета, а для праздничного режима открывается всё многообразие цветовой палитры, придавая ТЦ Грани неповторимый облик в ночное время суток и выявляя его главным объектом на площади К. Маркса.
Крепление XLINEосуществляется внутри помещений, располагаясь параллельно стеклопакету на оконных рамах.
С помощью специально разработанного профиля свет от контурных светильников распространяется, не попадая в помещения здания и не препятствуя комфортному времяпрепровождению посетителей ТЦ, визуально не привлекая внимания при взгляде с внутренней стороны.

The contour luminaires are equipped with DMX control, allowing multiple scenarios to be reproduced. Soft shades of white are used for everyday use, and for the festive mode, the whole variety of color palettes opens up, giving the Grani shopping center a unique look at night and revealing it as the main object on Karl Marx Square.
XLINE fastening is carried out indoors, located parallel to the double-glazed window on window frames. With using of a specially designed profile, the light from contour luminaires spreads without entering the premises of the building and without interfering with the comfortable pastime of visitors to the shopping center, without visually attracting attention when viewed from the inside.
